1️⃣ VAY 鼓励参加活动的青少年免费注册成为 VAY 会员。
VAY encourages youth participating in activities to register as VAY members for free.

2️⃣ 会员累计义工服务时间满 12 小时，即可免费申请当年度 VIP 卡，享受会员福利。
VAY members who accumulate 12 or more volunteer hours are eligible to apply for the free VIP Card for that year and enjoy membership benefits.

3️⃣ 义工服务时间从上一年秋季开始计算，累计至当年；其中当年义工服务时间需不少于 6 小时。
Volunteer hours are counted from the previous fall through the current year, with at least 6 hours completed in the current year required.

4️⃣ VAY 每次义工活动均包含义工服务、活动前后会议及现场培训，单次义工活动时长约2-4 小时不等。
Each VAY volunteer activity includes volunteering, pre- and post-event meetings, and on-site training, with a duration of approximately 2-4 hours per activity.

5️⃣ VIP 卡每年年初统一更新卡片颜色，有效期至当年年底。
VIP Cards are refreshed with a new color at the beginning of each year and remain valid through the end of that year.
